On the website, visit the Pro page and choose a plan. Payment is handled securely through Stripe. In the Coin Vault AI app, subscribe through the in-app paywall — payment is handled through your Apple ID.

For website subscriptions, go to your Account page and click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe billing portal. For app subscriptions, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel.

AI grading provides an estimate based on the photo you submit. It is not a substitute for professional grading services like PCGS or NGC. For accurate grading, we recommend submitting your coin to a professional grading service.

Market prices are sourced from eBay recently listed items. Melt values are calculated from the coin's metal composition and current spot prices. Metal spot prices are updated throughout the day from market data providers.

Website Pro and App Pro are currently separate subscriptions. Website Pro is managed through Stripe, while App Pro is managed through Apple. We are working on unifying subscriptions in a future update.

We accept JPEG, PNG, and WebP images up to 20MB. For best results, use a well-lit photo at 2000x2000 pixels or higher with a plain background.

Not all coins have market data available. Prices are populated progressively as our system processes coins. Visit the coin's detail page to trigger a fresh market price lookup.
